When you use GO-PHOR courier services between January 5th and 12th, all of your delivery charges will be refunded to you. To have the funds returned, you must send an email to info@go-phor.com containing the date and time of the delivery service, along with the amount charged and the last four digits of the credit card used. This email must be received within 7 days of the delivery. Items cannot weigh more than 30lbs. Items must be picked up and delivered within the city of San Francisco. Due to the high volume of deliveries, please allow 3-6 months for returns to process.
